Red Lobster Garlic-Grilled Shrimp Recipe

Red Lobster Garlic-Grilled Shrimp
One of my favorite shrimp dishes to order at Red Lobster is the garlic-grilled shrimp. This recipe consists of shrimp skewers that are brushed with a buttery garlic glaze. The glaze is used both as a marinade and for brushing while the shrimp are being grilled. The glaze is gets a lot of flavor from garlic, butter, and lemon juice. For this recipe I would recommend using at least large shrimp. You can serve this shrimp with wild rice on the side. Make sure if you are using wooden skewers to soak them in cold water for several hours so that they do not catch fire on the grill. Enjoy.

Tuna Noodle Casserole Recipe

Tuna Casserole
Tuna noodle casserole is very simple and easy to prepare. This recipe combines cooked egg noodles with cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, tuna, and peas. The casserole is topped off with shredded cheese and French fried onions for a nice crunch. You can use rotini in place of the egg noodles if you want. If you are looking for a quick and easy casserole dish that uses tuna, give this one a try. Enjoy.

Popeyes Popcorn Shrimp Recipe

Popeyes Popcorn Shrimp
Unfortunately, I don’t have a Popeye’s restaurant around here but I have always wanted to try their food, so I decided to prepare this copycat recipe for popcorn shrimp. This recipe is very easy to prepare. Raw shrimp is dipped in egg and then rolled in a seasoned flour mixture and fried. You should remove the tails from the shrimp before breading them that way they are easy to eat. I used a deep-fryer for this recipe but a deep skillet with an inch or two of oil will work great as well. Enjoy.

Olive Garden Shrimp Alfredo Recipe

Olive Garden Shrimp Alfredo
This is a delicious copycat recipe for the shrimp alfredo from Olive Garden restaurant. Shrimp alfredo consists of fettucinni topped with homemade alfredo sauce and sautéed shrimp. The sauce gets a lot of flavor from ingredients such as heavy cream, parmesan cheese, Italian cheese blend, and garlic. The shrimp are sauteed in a little olive oil and then later mixed into the alfredo sauce for serving. I like to serve this recipe with garlic bread. Enjoy.
